HERESY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:

Section 1.
The Director of Personnel is authorized and directed
under provisions of Section 2902 of
the Carson
Municipal Code to prepare
a Plan of Compensation
covering all
classes in
the competitive service.
Section 2.
The Plan of Compensation is to take effect following
public posting of notice and approval by the City
Council.
Section 3.
Notice concerning
this resolution adopting a Plan
of Compensation has been publicly posted five
(5) days prior to consider-
ation of said resolution by the City.
Council.
Section 4.
This resolution
adopting a
Plan of Compensation sets
forth herein pay
ranges and monthly
pay rates
for administrative man-
agement and confidential classes in
the competitive
service, and design-
ated classes in the
unclassified service.
