A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
WILSON-BRYANT AND ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for the construction survey Li
services for ncoln-Dominguez Village Area street improvements
between the City of Carson and Wilson -Bryant and Associates is
approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution
No. 80-244 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said
City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 27th day of October, 1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted
by the following vote:
