A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-232, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $548,750.71 DEMANDS
NUMBERS 058550 THROUGH 058569 AND 065103 THROUGH 065610.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-232, allowing
claims 058550 through 058569 and 065103 through 065610; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 065593 in the amount of $25.00, payable to
Wiley Scout Hall, was voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1 : That Warrant No. 065593 in the amount of $25.00 is
declared void and the register total of $548,750.71 is corrected to a new total
of $548,725.71.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF October, 1980 ,

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-248, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 27thday of October, 1980
and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
