A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-246, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,059,520.90 DEMAND
NUMBERS 052525 THROUGH 052547 AND 071411 THROUGH 071753.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-246, allowing
claims 052525 through 052547 and 071711 through 071753; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 071730 in the amount of $12.06 payable to
United - Wesco, was voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1 : That Warrant No. 071730 in the amount $12.06 is
declared void and the register total of $1,059.520.90 is corrected to a new total
of $1,059,508.84.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF November, 1980

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-256, was
duly and regularly adooted,by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 3rd day of No�1980 , and
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote;
