A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON SELECTING THE FIRM OF LOPEZ/HAVES
AND ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE APPROPRIATE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TWO
LIGHTED BASKETBALL COURTS AT DEL AMO PARK
WHEREAS, Lopez/Hayes and. Associates will prepare appropriate
plans and specifications for the installation of two lighted basketball courts
at Del Amo Park; and
WHEREAS, the preparation of 'the plans and specificatiors are
in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON THAT:
Section 1: The City Council hereby selects the firm of Lopez/
Hayes and Associates to prepare appropriate plans and specifications for
Del Amo Park.
Section 2: The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute appropriate contract documents approved as to form
by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carson on the 8th day of December, 1980.

I, Helen, S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is four; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-277, was
duly and regularly adopted by the CityCouncil of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 8th day of December, 1980,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
