A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-276, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $311,341.29 DEMAND
NUMBERS 052571 THROUGH 052583 AND 072305 THROUGH 072569.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-276, allowing
claims 052571 through 052383 and 072305 through 072569.
WHERAS, Warrant NO. 072446 in the amount of $13,488.30 payable to
Don Kott'F'Ur=, was voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant 072446 in the amount of $13,488.30 is
declared void and the register total of $311,341.29 is corrected to a new total
of $297,852.99.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF December, 1980

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is four; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-282, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 8th day of December, 1980 ,
and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote;
