A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-281, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $684,172.37 DEMAND
NUMBERS 052548 THROUGH 052560. AND 0717.54.THROUGH 072012.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-281, allowing
claims 052548 through 052560 and 071754 through 072012; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 071799 in the amount of $9.62 payable to Central
Sierra Planning Council, was voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant 071799 in the amount of $9.62 is declared
void and the register total of $684,172.37 is corrected to a new total of
$684,162.75.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 15th DAY OF December, 1980

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is four; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-293, was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 15th day of December, 1980 and
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote;
