RESOLUTION NO. 80-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-39 BY EXTENDING THE DATE FOR OPENING
OF BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY
RECREATION BUILDING.
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARSON does hereby
find, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1: Section 5 of Resolution No. 80-39 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Call For Bids The Redevelopment Agency hereby fixes Monday,
July 21, 1980, at the hour of 2:00 p, m. as the day and hour and the City Council
Chambers of the City Hall, Carson, as the place of opening of bids; and said
time and place shall be shown in the Notice. All bids shall be delivered to,
opened, examined, and declared by the City Clerk at the City Hall, 701 East
Carson Street, Carson, California, and shall be publicly opened.
The Executive Director shall report the results of such bidding to the Redevelopment
Agency at its next regular meeting after the opening of bids. No proposal or bid
shall be considered by the Redevelopment Agency or by the Executive Director
unless accompanied by a check or bid bond as required by law and satisfactQrry to
the Redevelopment Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this ninth day of7July, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, Agency Secretary of the Redevelopment
Agency, Carson, California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the Carson Redevelopment Agency of said City is five; that the foregoing
Resolution being Resolution No. 80-62 was duly and regularly adopted by said
Agency at a regular meeting duly and regularly held on the ninth day of July, 1980,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
