A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
COMMUNICATION RESOURCES COMPANY.,
WHEREAS, Communication Resources Company will provide
appropriate and necessary telephone consulting services required for the
Community Building; and
WHEREAS, the telephone consulting services are required and
are in the best interests of the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Carson that,
Section 1: That the proposed Agreement between the Redevelopment
Agency and Communication Resources Company be approved.
Section 2: That the Chairman and the Secretary are authorized
and directed to execute the contract documents, approved as to form by the
Agency Attorney.

1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Carson, California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the Redevelopment Agency of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution
being Resolution No. 80-89, was duly and regularly adopted by the Redevelopment
Agency of said City at a regular meeting of said Agency, duly, and regularly held
on the 15th day of September, 1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted
by the following vote:
