Annual Meeting February 25, 2015

Members Present: Danny Hill, Michael Pappas, and Kathy Jackson
Members Absent: Dennis Alexander, Ben Goggins, Kathryn Garlington, and Frances Kay
Strickland
Ex-Officos Present:
Invited Guests: Jason Buelterman, Mayor and Jan Leviner, Clerk of Council
Roll:
Jason Buelterman called the meeting to order. Roll was taken. There was not a quorum.
Swearing in of Officers:
Jason administered the oath to Danny Hill and Michael Pappas. Since there was no quorum, the
meeting was adjourned.
After the adjournment:
Kathryn Garlington arrived late
Francis Kay Strickland had an excused absence
It was agreed that the Mayor would swear the remaining two members on March 26th just
prior to the city council meeting
Danny will schedule another meeting as soon as other members are sworn in for elections
of officers
