HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution - 76-28- 19761124 - Dahl Property North FootRESOLUTION NO. 76-28 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT AUTHORIZING EXERCISE OF OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY, AUTHORIZING OFFICER TO EXECUTE.CERTIFICATE OF _ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT TO DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING GENERAL MANAGER TO EXECUTE ;:ANY AND ALL. OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESS ,RY.OR APPROPRIATE TO CLOSING OF THE TRANSACTION (MORTH.FOOTHILLS OPEN SPACE PRE- SERVE ADDITION - DAHL PROPERTY) The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District does resolve as fol .ows: Section One. The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District does hereby accept the offer contained in that certain purchase option agreement between Ina D. Dahl (aka Ina R. Krikava) and the Midpeninsula Regional Park District dated October 5, 1976, and authorizes the President to execute the Agreement on behalf of the District. Section Two. The President of the Board or other appro- priate officer is authorized to execute a certificate of accept- ance to any deed granting title to; said property. Section Three. The General Manager of the District is authorized to execute any and all 'other documents in escrow necessary or appropriate to the closing of the transaction. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *t.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * RESOLUTION NO. 76-28 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District on November 24 meeting thereof, by the following vote: , 19 76 , at a regular AYES.
