1) WINDSOCK/SOUTHEND OF RUNWAY i
The Committee considered the nstaiiation of a second windsock
at the south end of the runway. The committee recommends that
the City purchase and instaii this device at the eariiest possibie
date.
2) The committee discussed various issues reiated to instaiiation
of an NDB^ Price of the totai instaiiation is estimated at
$26,000^00^ Securing/ and for the instaiiation was discussed.
The committee asked that negotiations for the site shouid continue^
The committee asked that staff secure a Letter from Mr. Kanqas
estimating costs, a scheduie for instaiiation and status report^
3) TIE DOWN PARKING i for managing aircraft
Kirk Braun discussed the FBO' s proposa s
tie —downs. The proposai did not speak to the committees interest
in managing transient tie —downs. The committee recommends that
the Councii direct City Staff to prepare a caii for bids for
management of aircraft parking at the McCaii Airport^
