OF CARTERET'S "PARK AND RIDE" PARKING LOT
BE, IT, ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that there is
hereby established a fee schedule for the "Park and Ride" parking lot located at the
intersection of Driftway and Roosevelt Avenue:
1. Carteret Residents $120.00 per annum
2. Non-Carteret Residents $240.00 per annum
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that said fees shall be paid on an annual basis at such
time as the Borough shall determine.
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Borough shall promulgate rules and
regulations for use of said lot, proof of residency, pro-rated fees, fee adjustments, and
such other matters as the Borough shall deem appropriate.
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the portion of this Ordinance regarding fees and
fee payment shall take effect immediately whether or not roles and regulations have been
establi shed.
