MINUTES
MEMBERS PRESENT: Sean Davan, Chair, Paul Larter, Vice Chair, Tina Berlad, Nancy Peters,
Craig Nation, Alan Connell
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
The Commission reviewed a draft letter to send to new property owners in the District, as
properties are sold. The Commission made edits to the letter and agreed on the final wording,
and discussed the process for sending out the letter.
The Commission reviewed the draft minutes of the September 10, 2018 and October 15, 2018
meetings. Ms. Peters moved to approve the minutes as written, and the motion was seconded by
Mr. Larter. The Commission voted unanimously in favor.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
