RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION #96-320
WHEREAS, on November 19, 1996, by Resolution No. 96-320, the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") appointed Michael Bucsak to
serve as the temporary Supervisor of Parks; and
WHEREAS, be letter to the Mayor and Council dated February 2, 1998, Mr.
Bucsak has indicated that he no longer wishes to serve in that capacity; and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to accommodate Mr. Bucsak's request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that Mr. Bucsak's letter is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No, 96-320 is hereby rescinded.
Adopted this 5th day of February, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 6, 1998.
