A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CARSON AND WILLIAMSON, MORRIS AND
ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE REFURBISHMENT OF BASEBALL DIAMONDS 1
AND 2, PICNIC AREA AND THE PROVISION OF ADDI-
TIONAL SIDEWALKS AND APPURTENANCES AT CARSON
PARK.
WHEREAS, Williamson, Morris and Associates will prepare
plans and specifications for the refurbishment of two (2) baseball diamonds,
picnic area and provision of additional sidewalks; and appurtenances thereto
at Carson Park; and
WHEREAS, these improvements are in the best interest of
the City of Carson.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carson that:
Section 1 : That the proposed agreement between the City
of Carson and Williamson, Morris and Associates be approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized to execute and to endorse the agreement approved as to form by the
City Attorney.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 82-068 was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 3rd day of May, 1982, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
