A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON CONSENTING TO HOLDING
A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON :A PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT . PROJECT AREA NO . 2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY FINDS ,
DETERMINES , RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . The City Council hereby consents to holding
a joint public hearing with the Carson Redevelopment Agency on a
proposed Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project Area No. 2 . The time , date and place of such hearing
shall be as follows :
TIME : 7 : 30 P. M .
DATE : December 6 , 1982
PLACE : Council Chambers
City Hall
701 E . Carson Street
Carson, California
The City Clerk, upon recommendation of the City
Administrator , may change such time , date and place .
Section 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause to be published and mailed , all notices and
other materials or documents as may be required by law in con-
nection with such hearing .
PASSED , APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25rh day of
October , 1982 .

of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 25th day of October, 1982, and that
