A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON FIXING FEES RELATING TO
CONSTRUCTION PERMITS AND EXCAVATION PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The fees to be paid in connection with
Construction Permits and Excavation Permits provided for in
Chapter 11 Highway Permit Ordinance, Article VII , of the
Carson Municipal Code, shall be as follows:
Issuance Fee $20 . 00
Field Inspection Fee 25 .00 per hour
Engineering Fee 25.00 per hour
Section 2. This resolution shall become operative
on the effective date of Ordinance No. 625 , entitled "An
Ordinance of the City of Carson Relating to Fees for Con-
struction Permits and Excavation Permits under the Highway
Permit Ordinance and Amending the Carson Municipal Code. "
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of
December 19 82 .

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 82-210 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 22nd day of December, 1982, and that
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
