A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL AND LOPEZ-
HAYES AND ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE A REVISED MASTER
PLAN FOR JAMES ANDERSON, JR. , MEMORIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, Lopez-Hayes and Associates will prepare a revised master
plan for the James Anderson, Jr. , Memorial Park; and
WHEREAS, the preparation of the revised master plan for the
park is in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
Section 1 : That the proposed agreement between the firm of
Lopez-Hayes and Associates and the City of Carson be approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the necessary contract documents , approved as to form
by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 7th day of February, 1983.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 83-019 was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council , duly and regularly held on the 7th day of February ,
19 83 , and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
