RESOLUTION N0, 83-072
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON FINDING
THAT REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF .FUNDS UNDER TITLE I OF THE HOUSING {
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 IS NOT AN ACTION WHICH
MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT THE QUALITY OF THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT
SECTION I. Existing environmental conditions and trends
which are likely to occur . absent implementation of the Ninth Year
Program have been identified.
SECTION 2. An environmental review on each project has
been carrie out as prescribed by the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
SECTION 3 . An identification of the nature, magnitude,
and extent o-T—a-11vironmental impacts, whether beneficial or adverse
has been made on all projects .
SECTION 4. No project in the Ninth Year Program will
affect any site of istoric significance.
SECTION 5 . An examination of all environmental impacts
on all project finds that there are .no significant environmental impacts .
SECTION 6 . The City Council of the City .Carson hereby
finds that the request for release of funds for the Ninth Year Housing
and Community Development Block Grant Program is not an action which
may significantly affect the quality of the human environment.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1983 .

of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 16th day of May, 1983, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
