A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL AND VIVIAN
McCLURE FOR SERVICES AND PERFORMANCES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1983/84.
WHEREAS, Vivian McClure will provide the training and
administration to create and produce the 1983/84 Childrens/Adult
Theatre Season; and
WHEREAS, the presentation of this program is in the best
interests of the City and citizens of Carson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
Section 1: That the proposed agreement between Vivian
McClure and the City of Carson be approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the necessary contract documents, approved as to
form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 17th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1983.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 83-126 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 17th day of October, 1983, and that the same
was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
