A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARSON AND SUPERIOR SIGNAL SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for Traffic Signal Maintenance
Services between the City of Carson and Superior Signal Service is
approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of- July , 1983.

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 83-133 was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 18th day of July, 1983, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
