Mayor Buelterman called the public hearing to order at 3:45PM on July 16, 2015. Those present were Paul Wolff, Monty Parks,
Rob Callahan, Wanda Doyle, Barry Brown and Bill Garbett. Also attending were Bubba Hughes, City Attorney; Tommy Branch, Calloway, Braun, Riddle & Hughes; Diane Schleicher, City Manager;
and Janet LeViner, Clerk of Council. Those attending from the Historic Preservation Commission included Sarah Jones, Chantel Morton, Neca Stoller, Dottie Kluttz, Jane Coslick Sue Bentley
and Bill Kriener.
