In this public records request - pursuant to Chapter 119, the Florida Constitution, or the Common Law, I hereby
request: a copy of all smalls received or sent between: (1) the Mayor and the Civic Association as a whole or
any member; (2) Commissioner Ganger and the Civic Association as a whole or any member; and (3)
Commissioner Ganger the Mayor during the months of October, November, December, and January 2013 and
2014 respectively.
To be more specific: I want the smalls where any combination of the Mayor, Ganger, or the Civic Association
(or any member thereof) is the recipient, sender, was carbon copied, or was blank carbon copied.
I would like these documents in electronic format if available and double -sided regular paper for pickup if
unavailable in electronic format. If you need a deposit - so I do not cause undue work, then please let me know
in advance.
