Greetings Rita:
As discussed on the phone immediately prior to this request, I would like a copy of the official policy for
meeting decorum as discussed during today's meeting.
This request is pursuant to the Chapter 119, the Florida Constitution, and the common law right -to-
know. I would like to receive the document electronically first, and only in double -sided paper if
electronic is not available. Also, I would like an estimate before the production of any document. I
appreciate a response to my gmail account from which this email request emanates.
I appreciate a prompt response as this document is readily accessible based upon your representation
that the policy was not in writing (this morning) but is now.
