Rita, I would like a copy of the Marty Minor email chain that referenced the First Amendment which was
brought up during the O'Boyle hearing. This request must be completed before the Magistrate's
hearing.
I would also like a copy of the written statement given by the Mayor to the Press concerning the O'Hare
boat incident. This request must be completed before the Magistrate's hearing.
Lastly, and of the least priority, I received an email from Mr. Thrasher regarding over $100 dollars for my
last public records request. The notice states that the request is extensive and that a surcharge for labor
costs was around $33 /hour. I am requesting the pay stubs for the last pay cycle for all Town employees
to verify that $33 /hour is the cost of the lowest paid employee.
These request are separate requests pursuant to Chapter 119, the Florida Constitution, and the common
law right to know. Also, for the Magistrate hearing material - I am also requesting under the Fourteenth
Amendment Due Process Clause.
I would like this document in electronic format and from my description -this document should be
readily accessible.
