A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
WILSON-BRYANT & ASSOCIATES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for the engineering services
for Gardena Boulevard Improvement, Figueroa Street to Avalon
Boulevard between the City Council and Wilson -Bryant & Associates
is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 84-024 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 6th day of February, 1984, and that the same
was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Bridgers, Calas, Egan, Muise and Mills.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
