budget for them and ltd budget for me. There are several things I as designer still need to do before construction( pre-construction meeting etc) and should act as consultant to them
during course of work. My T O’ s ended with Bid. I will submit revision with cost extensions. Hopefully you can Contract directly with T & H. ERIK
