A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARSON AND TRANSIT CONTRACTORS AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The agreement for the provision of paratransit
shuttle bus service between the City of Carson and Transit Contractors
is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of March ,
1984.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 84-057 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 12th day of March, 1984, and that
