THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:

Section 1. That the Supplemental Agreement No. 12 tb Local
Agency/State Agreement 07-5403 for Signal Modifications onMain
and Figueroa Streets between the City of Carson and the StI�te of
California is approved as presented; and the Mayor is here y authorized
to sign and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
