A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARSON AND QUAN AND ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The agreement for FY 84/85 Right -of -Way Services
between the City of Carson and Quan and Associates is approved as
presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and he
Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July] 1984.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 84-095 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 2nd day of July, 1984, and that the same was
so passed and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: DeWitt, Egan, Mills and'Calas.
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
