COOPER CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOA 1 OF REVIEW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review of the Charter Township of
Cooper will meet at the Cooper Township Office, 1590 West D. Avenue, Kalamazoo,
Michigan for the purpose of correcting clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact.
Tuesday — July 18th 2023 at 9:00 A.M.

To hear protests in compliance with the provisions of Governor Whitmer's Executive Order
2020-87.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings
Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans With disabilities Act (ADA).
Cooper Charter Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services,
such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being
considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon
Seven (7) days notice to Cooper Charter Township. Individuals with disabilities requiring
auxiliary aids or services should contact Cooper Charter Township by writing or calling
