A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON,
APPROVING PAYMENT OF CITY PAYROLL EXPENSES PENDING THE
ADOPTION OF A BUDGET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND ORDERS
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Notwithstanding that the City Council of the City of Carson may not approve
and adopt a budget within the time set forth in the Carson Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby appropriates moneys for, and approves the
payment of, all payroll expenses to the City in accordance with the
applicable memorandum of understanding or other agreement with respect to
such payroll expenses of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of July , 1984.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 84-127 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 16th day of July, 1984, and that the same was
so passed by the following vote:
