AN ORDIANANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2014 -10,AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 2015-4, AN ORDIANCE ESTABLISHING THE SIZE OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF
CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE, INDIANA, FIXING SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND FIXING THE
SALARIES OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 2015
SECTION SEVEN: That the Utility Department shall consist shall consist of ninteen (19) full time members and nine (9) part-time member. Base pay range can start at the
entry level amount or any amount in between up to the maximum base pay as follows:

Forman (2) $ 1,019.23 $ 1,636.92

Lab Technician $ 903.85 $ 1,241.85
Senior Clerk (2) $ 903.85 $ 1,386.31
Administrative Assistant $ 903.85 $ 1,239.31
Part-Time WT5 (8) $ 1,120.00 $ 1,680.00
Part-Time Collection Clerk (1) $ 15,600.00
Certification Incentive Pay $ 6,000.00
On Call Personnel will be paid $15.00 per day
plus actual time worked $ 11,800.00
