RESOLUTION NO. 2015-22
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERING FUNDS FOR PARKS PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Parks Department has received donations from numerous individuals and
organizations throughout many years;
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle Parks Department wishes to use those funds to implement and
promote certain Parks Department programs and projects; and
WHEREAS, the City of Greencastle Parks Department has capital improvement projects which it
wishes to complete;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE Common
Council authorizes the Clerk - Treasurer to make the following transfer of funds:
Transfer From Deposit To Amount
Fund 268 - Donations Fund 211 - Non - Reverting Basketball $5,500.00
Fund 268 - Donations Fund 403 -Park Non - Reverting Capital $12,352.48
Fund 204 -Park Fund Fund 403 -Park Non - Reverting Capital $7,200.00
Fund 444 -EDIT Fund 282 -LWCG Land and Water Grant $38,771.95
