APPROVING TRANSFER OF BALANCES - COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret approved funds from the 1994/1995 CDBG
Program for ADA modifications at 216 Pershing Avenue under project #224558; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret approved funds from the 1997/1998 CDBG
Program for improvements to Civic Center Park under project #224746; and
WHEREAS, by recommendation of the Community Development Board at the
Public Hearing held on Wednesday, February 4, 1998, the balances in these accounts
shall be transferred as follows:
1994/1995 #224558 TRANSFER $5,000.00 to 1997/1998 #224742 (Emergency
Housing Rehabilitation)
1997/1998 #224746 TRANSFER $3,000.00 to 1997/1998 #224742 (Emergency
Housing Rehabilitation)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret approve these transfers to be further approved by the Middlesex
County Housing and Community Development Board at the March 21, 1998 meeting.

and certified as a true copy of the
