A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE REAL ESTATE
PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR SALEOF LOT 31 TIMBER RIDGE VIEW ESTATES
PART TWO
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin (City) desires to sell real estate described at lot 31 in
Song Bird Estates located at 827 Redbird Run in Johnson County, located within the
legal boundaries of the City of Tiffin;
WHEREAS, City Council held public hearing on February 9, 2011 concerning sale of
above described real estate, and;
WHEREAS, City Council approved listing for sale of above described real estate on
February 9, 2011;
WHEREAS, the City Council listed the above described real estate for sale through
Lepic Kroeger Relators at an asking price of $45,000;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE City Council of Tiffin, Iowa authorizes
the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the Residential Real Estate Purchase
Agreement for lot 31 Timber Ridge View Estates Part Two at 827 Redbird Run in the
amount of $46,600 to Tracy Reiten and Chad Kron.
Council person Ryan_ introduced for approval Resolution 2012 -07 A RESOLUTION TO
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
FOR SALE OF LOT 31 TIMBER RIDGE VIEW ESTATES PART TWO and seconded
by Council Person Weipert.
Ayes: Ryan, Bali, Weipert, Bartels and Upton. Nays: none. Absent: none
WHEREUPON five council members voted and approved Resolution 2012 -07 Mayor
Berner signifies the adoption by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed and approved this 11th day April, 2012.
