A RESOLUTIO~ RFJELWING BIDS
FOR SABO STRt~r PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough")
received a bid for the expansion of the Sabo Street Pump Station: and
WHI~IEAS, there have been additional unforeseen complications involving
the acquisition of the property, the timing of the project and the
expiration of permits;
NOW ~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of Carteret that all
_ bids in connection with the Sabo Street Pump Station Project are rejected.
BE IT FURTH~JI RESOLVI]) that the Borough Engineer is hereby directed to
prepare new specifications and the Purchasing Agent be authorized to
advertise for bids.
Adopted this 19th day of February, 1998
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 20, 1998.
