RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
ACCEPTING GIFT OF REAL PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE CERTIF-
ICATE OF ACCEPTANCE WITH RESPECT THERETO
(FREMONT OLDER OPEN SPACE PRESERVE ADDI-
TION, UNIT NO. 2)
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does resolve as follows:
Section One. The Board of Directors of the Midpen-
insula Regional Park District does hereby accept, with gratitude,
the gift of real property described on Exhibit A, affixed hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof, and conveyed by that
certain gift deed from Claitor, Inc. to the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District dated June 3, 1976.
The President of the Board is authorized to execute
a certificate of acceptance with respect thereto.
The General Manager or his delegate is authorized to
record said deed in the office of the Santa Clara County Recorder
when, in the General Manager's judgment, all liens superior to
the interest of the District have been removed.

resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the District

A portion of the southwest one -quarter of the southeast
one -quarter of Section 27, Township 7 South, Range 2 West,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning on the southerly line of the southwest one -quarter
of the southeast one -quarter of said Section 27, distant
thereon easterly 233.50 feet from the southwest corner of
said southeast one -quarter, said point of beginning also being
the southeast corner of the parcel of land described in the
deed to the Board of Trustees of the Young Men's Christian
Association of San Jose and the Santa Clara Valley, recorded
December 30, 1970, Book 9172 Official Records, page 670;
thence northerly along the easterly line of said parcel of
land, 467 feet to the northeast corner thereof on a southerly
line of the tract of land described in the deed to Schonher
Eanagemerit Company, recorded May 29, 1968, Book 8139 Official
Records, page 456; thence along said southerly line and
a westerly line of said tract of land so described in said
deed to Schonher Management Company, easterly 233.50 feet and
southerly 467 feet to a southwesterly corner thereof on the
southerly line of said southeast one -quarter; thence westerly
along said southerly line, 233.50 feet to the point of beginning.
