A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROPRIATING UNEXPENDED 1984-85
FUNDS TO FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 INSURANCE FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the adopted budget for fiscal
year 1984-85 by appropriating unexpended funds in the sum of $875,507.26 to the fiscal
year 1986-87 Insurance Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. The unexpended funds in the 1984-85 budget in the amount of
$875,507.26 are hereby appropriated to the Insurance Funds for fiscal year 1986-87.
Section 2. The sum of $875,507.26 appropriated to the 1986-87 Insurance
Funds is allocated as follows:
Insurance Contingency Fund $500,000.00
Required For Self -Insurance Program
Liability Insurance Revolving Fund 375,507.26
Required For Claims Coverage
TOTAL INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS $875,507.26
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September
1986.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 86-102 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 2nd day of September, 1986, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
