Special Meeting — Legacy Park
Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chairman Rick Fereday called the meeting to order at 1:15 pm. Members present were: Don
Bailey, Rick Fereday, Tony Nash, and John Watkins. Claudia Delaney, Robin Gerblick, and
Lynne Westerfield were absent.
Also present were: Michelle Groenevelt, Planning Manager; Brock Heasley Director Parks &
Recreation; Monika Trapp, Parks Supervisor; Gregory Nicholas, Building inspector; Lorraine
Brush, Administrative Assistant Public Works; Construction Manager Tim Swanson; Cliff
Yochum, Hillside Landscape; Betsy Roberts, CH2M Hill; and Mandl Roberts, Otak. Lindley
Kirkpatrick, City Manager arrived later.
2. WALK THROUGH OF MCCALL LAKEFRONT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
This meeting was held at Legacy Park, and consisted of a walk through of the project. Betsy
Roberts and Mandi Roberts reviewed the project, with input and comments from Board
members. Tim Swanson and Cliff Yochum answered questions and provided additional
information as needed.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 pm.
