RESOLUTION NO. 86-119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF SUBORDI-
NATE TAX ALLOCATION BONDS BY THE CARSON
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY FINDS,
DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Carson Redevelopment Agency proposes
to adopt its Resolutions entitled: (i) "A Resolution of the
Carson Redevelopment Agency Authorizing the Issuance of
Subordinate Tax Allocation Bonds of the Agency to Aid in the
Financing of a Portion of the Cost of a Redevelopment Project;"
(ii) "A Resolution of the Carson Redevelopment Agency Determin-
ing to Issue a Certain Principal Amount of Subordinate Tax
Allocation Bonds of the Agency and Providing for Certain
Details of the Bonds;" and (iii) "A Resolution of the Carson
Redevelopment Agency Providing for the Sale of Subordinate Tax
Allocation Bonds, Issue of 1986, of the Agency;" copies of
which have been presented to the City Council of the City of
Carson, and which are now on file with the City Clerk.
Section 2. The issuance of tax allocation bonds by
the Agency substantially in accordance with the Resolutions
described above is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September .

five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 86-119 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 15th day of September, 1986, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
