SPECIAL MEETING
March 18, 2008
The Moab City Council held a Special Workshop Meeting on the above
date in the Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 217 East
Center Street, Moab, Utah. Mayor David L. Sakrison called the Pre -
Council Workshop to order at 11:51 AM.
In attendance were Councilmembers Kyle Bailey, Rob Sweeten, Gregg
Stucki and Sarah Bauman. In attendance from the Grand County
Council were Councilmembers Gene Ciarus, Joette Langianese, Pat
Holyoak, Robert Greenberg, Jerry McNeely and County Council
Administrator Shawn Warnke. Also in attendance from the City of
Moab were City Manager Donna Metzler, City Recorder/Assistant City
Manager Rachel Ellison, and City Engineer Dan Stenta. Two members
of the audience were present.
A presentation was made by City Manager Metzler regarding the Roads
that Cross Jurisdictional Boundaries (between Moab and Grand County)
and the transfer and maintenance of these roads.
Councilmember Stucki left the meeting at 12:02 PM.
Councilmember Bailey left the meeting at 1:08 PM.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special meeting at 1:21 PM.
