RESOLUTION NO. 2001-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
REQUESTING REGIONAL SURFACE TRANSPORTATION FUNDS FROM THE
NEVADA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Nevada County Transportation Commission allocated $100,318.00 ($15,318.00
to CIP #60-03-32B and $85,000 to CIP# 60-03-32B-2A) of Regional Surface Transportation Funds.
WHEREAS, the funds were not completely utilized by the scheduled project of the Donner Pass
Road Bicycle Lane.
WHEREAS, the balance of these unused funds can be used for the 2001 Pavement Management
Program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKEE that the Nevada County Transportation Commission is hereby requested to reallocate
$100,318.00 in unused RSTP Funds to the Town of Truckee year 2001 paving/drainage project (CIP# 60-
03-07)
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the To~vn Council of the Town
of Truckee, held on the 2"a day of August, 2001 by Councilmember Schneider who moved its adoption,
which motion being duly seconded by Councilmember Florian was upon roll call carried and the
Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Florian, Owens, Schneider, Susman & Mayor McCormack
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
