The priorities listed below are contingent upon City Council approval and available funding: 1. convert all but four paved tansient tie downs for permanent tie downs, utilize gravel or grass tie downs for the transient tie downs 2. upgrade area of tie downs 7 - 15, located east between T-hangers and paved tie downs, grade down 4 - 12 inches and fill with pit run, then crush, 3. if funding is available develop a temporary ramp area to service larger aircraft, in area southwest of existing paved tie downs. Other business: a) Looking into the installation of radio controlled runway and taxiway lights which burn all night long. The savings in power costs is the impetus for establishing this procedure. Contact will be made to Wayne Pickerell, State Division of Aernautics. b) Don Fitzwater would like to move the Civil Air Patrol's files and other materials out of the airport fire station and over to the southern most green building on the westside of the airport. Matt Wallace, a member of the Civil Air Patrol, could see no problem, but will check further. c) Discussion of the best method to collect the transcient tie down fees plus the landing fees was reviewed but no solution decided. d) Matt Wallace indicated his objection regarding through the fence operations being allowed for the U.S.F.S. and no one else. The next meeting will be after the City has received the formal proposal from the U.S.F.S., unless otherwise determined necessary. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the priorities please let me know. Thank you!
