Part of your response is copied here for your reference.: In order to provide you with an accurate estimate of the time it would take to provide all responsive documents to your extremely broad request, "Any and all documents, files, photos, folders or other material in digital form that can be reasonably considered a public record which is located on any and all computers in the personal possession of or the personal control of Marry Minor. ", the Town of Gulf Stream respectfully requests a deposit of $1,350.00, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07 (4)(d), which represents the estimated time and rate that Urban Design Studios has advised it will take to fulfill your request. However, please be advised this is only an estimate and the actual cost of production may be higher. Please note my follow up request below. PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST Pursuant to Article 1, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119.07 of the Florida Statutes I wish to make a public records request of your agency for the following records: Any and all records created or used to determine that a deposit of $1350.00 is an accurate estimate of the amount of money required to produce the documents that will be responsive to the request attached herein. As previous requested, please "itemize any estimates so as to indicate the total number ofpages and /or records, as well as to distinguish the cost of labor and materials."
