Other environmental issues such as asbestos removal techniques, lead abatement, ground contamination, or unusual site conditions may have EP'D regulations that could affect the project. BIVIPs While BIVIP deficiencies are not necessarily the fault of the owner or his agent, BIVIPs are their responsibility.
