IllgSOLUTION TO (;0 INTO CLOSEI) SESSION
WIIEREAS, Sectiou 8 ofthe Open Public Meetings Act, Cimpter231 P.L 1975,
permits tile exchlsiou of the public flora a meetiug in certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this poblic body is of tile opinion thai such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TI1EREFOI*,E, lie IT IIESOI,VEI) by lhe Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as follows:
1. Tile public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in tile
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature offthe subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Disciplinary Hearing Re: Kevin Vitale.
3 It is anticipated at Ibis lime that Ihe above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the matter.
4 This resolution shall take effect immediately.
