GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1998 6:00 P.M. PUTNAM COUNTY LIBRARY
The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session Tuesday, February 10, 1998, 6:00
p.m. at the Putnam County Library. Mayor Michael called the meeting to order. On the Roll
Call, the following were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Green, Councilor
Masten. Councilor Hammer and Councilor Baynard were absent. Also present was City
Attorney Trudy Selvia and John Zeiner.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss pending litigation regarding an EEOC suit filed by
Carol Deom. Council consensus is to have Attorney Zeiner advise that the City will not settle.
Being no further business, Councilor Green made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilor
Roach. Vote was unanimous.
