A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON AMENDING THE 1986-87 BUDGET
TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN EXPENDITURES AS ENCUM-
BRANCES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES IN FISCAL YEAR
1986-87
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for fiscal year
1986-87 which authorized the expenditure of funds for certain goods and services;
and
WHEREAS, a portion of those funds were encumbered in fiscal
year 1986-87 but not expended during that fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the actual amount
of these encumbered goods and services is $287,668.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the budget for fiscal
year 1986-87 is hereby amended to designate that certain amount of encumbered
goods and services as being $287,668 for fiscal year 1986-87.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of
September , 1988.

five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 88-088 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 20th day of September 1988, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
